To provide a lithographic printing plate precursor having good soiling resistance and adequate printing durability, a method of preparing a lithographic printing plate and a lithographic printing method.
The lithographic printing plate precursor is obtained by disposing on a support a layer A containing an electron-donating double-bond compound having a specific functional group and a layer B containing an electron-accepting double-bond compound having a specific functional group. The method of preparing a lithographic printing plate includes: subjecting the precursor to image exposure with laser light of 350-1,200 nm; and rubbing the precursor surface with a rubbing member in the presence of a developer having pH of 2-10 by using an automatic processor provided with the rubbing member, to remove an unexposed area of the image forming layer. The lithographic printing method includes: attaching the precursor to a printing press; imagewise exposing with laser light of 350-1,200 nm, supplying a printing ink and dampening water to remove an unexposed area of the image forming layer; and printing.
