To provide a livestock excreta treatment device capable of efficiently drying the undried livestock excreta by keeping the hot air supplied to a livestock excreta drying means at a proper temperature.

The hot air D generated by a hot air supply device 30 is directly supplied into a drying drum 51 of the livestock excreta drying device 50 to dry the undried livestock excreta supplied into the drying drum 51. The fine dried livestock excreta A included in an exhaust gas E discharged from the drying drum 51 is separated by cyclones 72a, 72b and cooling separation towers 74a-74d of a discharged gas treatment device 70, the exhaust gas E of a temperature lower than the hot air D from which the fine dried livestock excreta A is separated, is supplied to a combustion chamber 34 of the hot air supply device 30 through supply passages 73c, 82c, and the hot air D supplied into the drying drum 51 is kept at the temperature suitable for drying the undried livestock excreta to a desired water content.
