To provide a livestock feces solid fuel reducing the amount of fossil fuel used for power generation such as petroleum and coal and contributing to prevention of gloval warming (carbon dioxide reduction) according to carbon neutral and construction of recycling-oriented society, to provide a manufacturing method of the livestock feces solid fuel, and to provide a combustion apparatus using the livestock feces solid fuel.

Poultry manure 1 is charged into a pressure vessel 2 and, at the same time, fat and oil 3A is added and charged. The addition ratio of the fat and oil 3A is preferably the order of 10 to 20% per total weight of the poultry manure 1. Subsequently, the inside of the pressure vessel 2 is heated to 90C to 100C by steam. Therein, by evacuating the inside of the pressure vessel 2 to -500 HPa to -650 HPa by a vacuum pump 4, the poultry manure 1 is fried with oil in a vacuum environment to be dehydrated and deodorized, is heated for about one hr 30 min to two hr and, thereafter, when the temperature falls to the order of 75C to 80C, the poultry manure 1 after carbonization is conveyed from the pressure vessel 2 to a molding machine 5 and is pelletized to an arbitrary shape, thereby obtaining the livestock feces solid fuel.
