PURPOSE: To arrange stone lengthwise by means of a recessed part, and easily transport the stone without damaging it by forming the recessed part in the center part of a load carrying platform, and arranging base boards integrally on both right and left sides of the recessed part respectively.

CONSTITUTION: A recessed part is formed in the center part of a load carrying platform 1 of a stone carrying vehicle, and base boards 1b, 1c are integrally arranged on both right and left sides of the recessed part respectively. Besides, a driver cab 2 is arranged on the front side of the pallet 1, in the advancing direction. Further, guides 3 are fixed to respective hanging bars 4a, 4b hung down from both sides of the platform 1, and plural wheels 5, front wheels 6a, and rear wheels 6b are respectively journalled to the guides 3, and belt-like elastic bands 7 are laid over these wheels to form a travelling device. Thus, since stone can be transported in a state where the stone is arranged lengthwise by means of the recessed part, the stone can be easily transported without being damaged. Furthermore, vibration at the time of travel can be prevented, and collapse of a load stack of stone can be eliminated.
