PURPOSE: To prevent the change in the power supply condition due to erroneous functioning at the time of turning the power on or resuming the power supply after the blackout by reducing the connection capacitance present between the power source line and a touch input section, and between the lines connecting the touch input section to the touch switch device.
CONSTITUTION: A condenser C1 for preventing noise generated with a power supply circuit B, load LD, and others from flowing to a commercial power source AC is interposed between the negative pole of a dc power source PS and a metallic structure FM. A signal line l3 is provided in the middle of the structure FM, drawn out of a hole H, and its end is connected to a touch input section TP. In this way, the capacitance between the positive pole of a dc power source PS and the touch input section TP is kept small either by changing the connection of the noise suppressing condenser, or by interposing a ground line between a power source line l2 and a signal line l3, or between the signal line and the structure FM.
