Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the system from being shut down owing to overloading and to hold the execution rate of an original processing above a constant value for an input processing request by selecting one or plural processing methods among plural processing methods for the overloading even if a load increases.
CONSTITUTION: The load state monitor means 5 of a load monitor and control part 4 monitors the total load (system load) of a load processing part 1 and supplies it to an execution rate calculating means 6. The execution rate calculating means 6 is supplied with the reference value X of the system load of the load processing part 1 and the reference value Y of the execution rate by plural kinds of processing methods. The execution rate calculating means 6 finds the rate of the load on the respective processing method so that the system load is less than the reference value and the rate of one or plural specific processing methods is larger than the Y. Consequently, the system is prevented from being shut down owing to overloading and the execution rate of the original processing can be held above the constant value for the inputted processing request.
