Abstract:
PURPOSE:To vary the input period in planning automatically to an input period suitable to a plant by distributing the load on input control and preventing the load on the process control of a process monitoring controller from exceeding a specific allowable value. CONSTITUTION:Input points 4 and 5 measured from the plant 1 are inputted to the process input/output arithmetic processing controller 7 of the process monitoring controller 3 through a process input/output controller 2, and inputted to a process monitor processing controller 8 and converted into a process engineering value. This engineering value is inputted to a load distribution arithmetic processing controller 11. Then, a plant group having the least correlation is found for the input point 4 and an input point with the smallest frequency of a variable period in the group is found. Then, the period distribution of input within a permissible load is found and entered in a variable period table 9, and the start processing of a schedule controller 10 is performed; and the controller 10 starts the controller 7 to input a process signal from the plant 1.
