Abstract:

PURPOSE:To effectively perform a load equilibrium between a pair of DC motors by providing a balance reactor in series with armature circuits of the motors. CONSTITUTION:In a pair of DC motors 1, 2 capable of being operated in parallel and connected mechanically, a set of armature circuit power source 5 and two sets of field controllers 12, 13 are provided, and a balance reactor 23 on which two coils 23a, 23b are wound to become in opposite polarity to each other is connected in series with the armature circuits of the motors 2, 3. In this manner, transient variation can be suppressed by the balance reactor, thereby performing the load equilibrium by the field control.
