Abstract:

To easily adjust the zero point and span corresponding to the temperature characteristics of a load cell even in the case of exchanging one of a frame and a printed board.

For this load cell 1, the printed board to which an amplifier for amplifying the output of a Wheatstone bridge circuit and an A/D converter for A/D converting the output of the amplifier are mounted is provided freely attachably and detachably through a connector on the frame 14 provided with the bridge circuit on a strain generation body 2 and a resistor 21 for temperature detection is provided. By using the respective temperature coefficients of the output of the zero point and span of the load cell 1 and the output of the resistor 21 for the temperature detection, the temperature correction value of the zero point and the span is obtained. At the time of exchanging the frame 14 or the printed board 26, data intrinsic to the frame 14 relating to the output of the zero point and the span and the output of the resistor 21 for the temperature detection and the data intrinsic to the printed board 26 are measured beforehand and the output of the zero point and the span and the output of a temperature sensor are obtained.
