This machine winds a packaging film around a film width (6) by a corner portion (7) at the side of a top and a corner portion (8) at the side of a bottom of a reel (2) of the packaging film around a cargo. The machine comprises a reel holder (1) and a creasing apparatus (5) for creasing the film width (6), and this apparatus brings two corner portions (7, 8) of the film width (6) closer to each other. By allowing the corner portion (7) at the side of the top to slide down by the creasing apparatus (5), two corner portions (7, 8) of the film width (6) can be simply brought closer to each other.
