PURPOSE: To enable load presence to be stably and accurately detected in order to prevent double carry-in when a cargo is carried in a shelf side by a cargo carry-in transshipping means which is hoisted down in such a way that it can be moved up and down out of a carrying tramcar via a hoisting belt.

CONSTITUTION: In a right front of a lower section frame 11 positioned in a place lower than a cargo W supported by a transshipping means 6, a sensor 14 detecting load presence on the side of a shelf 17 is mounted horizontally and transversely, every each cargo support section 18 on the side of the shelf 17, a load presence detection level L-2 is set first, wherein the sensor 14 is positioned just beside the cargo support section 18 in a level higher than a cargo load transshipping level L-1 with respect to the cargo support section 18, and when the descending transshipping means 6 comes down to the load presence detection level L-2 in the cargo support section 18 which is an abject of load carry-in, the sensor 14 detects the load presence in the cargo support section 18.
