To provide an oil-filled on-load tap switching device that will not impair the insulation reliability by removing air bubbles to a location that will not pose insulation problems, even if air bubbles are generated in the insulation oil in the oil-filled on-load tap switching device.
On the on-load tap switching device, a switch opening/closing device 3 is housed in an insulating cylindrical container 2, with its open-top end being blocked with a metallic top cover 1, and a tap-switching selector is housed at the lower part of the switch opening/closing device 3. By coupling metallic mounting seat materials provided at the bottom face of the metallic top cover 1 and the top end of the switch opening/closing device with each other by using an insulating support material, the switch opening/closing device 3 is structured so as to be suspended from the metallic top cover 1, and a planar perforated electrostatic shielding material having low-voltage side potential is provided near the mounting seat material for the metallic top cover 1.
