The loader 2 for holding a low cover G before the vulcanization has a plurality of chucks 8 arranged radially along a horizontal direction, and advanced and retracted radially while interlocked to bring the respective thereof into an equal distance from the radial center, each chuck is provided with at least one claw part 23 extended along a circumferential direction of a circle with the center serving as the radial center from an end of a radial center side toward the respective chucks in both adjacent sides, and the respective claw parts in the adjacent chucks cover a space between the adjacent chucks by overlapping those vertically, when the respective chucks move along a radial center direction.
