PURPOSE: To enable collection of garbage to be carried out nicely by means of an adequate control circuit matching the kind of garbage by providing a changeover switch which makes changeover between an inversion priority circuit for starting its action owing to inversion of a loading panel and an intermittent circuit for starting its action owing to the lifting motion of a vertically moving panel.

CONSTITUTION: An inversion priority circuit is so provided as starting its action from the inversion of a loading panel 4 by means of the action of a starting button SW2 of the one cycle loading work when a vertically moving panel 3 stops its action during its climb. An intermittent switch is so provided as starting its action from the climb of the vertically moving panel 3 by means of the action of the starting bottom SW2 of the one cycle loading work when the vertical moving panel 3 stops its action during its climb. A changeover switch SW-6 making changeover between its intermittent circuit and its inversion priority circuit is connected in parallel to the contact CR-7a of a relay CR-7. Thereby, garbage collection can be carried out nicely by means of an adequate control circuit matching the kind of garbage.
