Abstract:
To provide a weight load device that can suppress a burden of a torsional load with respect to a sample when rotating the sample in an X-ray CT device.SOLUTION: A weight load device 10 comprises: a sample stage 12 that holds a lower end part of a sample 1; a first cylindrical part 14 that covers an exterior side of the sample 1, and can transmit an X-ray; a holding part 16 that is provided in a top end part of the first cylindrical part 14, and holds a top end part of the sample 1; a second cylindrical part 18 that covers an exterior side of the sample stage 12, and holds a lower end part of the first cylindrical part 14; and a supporting part 22 that supports the sample stage 12 and the second cylindrical part 18. The supporting part 22 is provided in a CT device 100 rotatably around a shaft center A extending in upward and downward directions. The sample stage 12 is fixed in the supporting part 22, and is provided so that the first cylindrical part 14 and holding part 16 do not rotate relatively in a circumferential direction with respect to the second cylindrical part 18. The second cylindrical part 18 is provided so as not to rotate relatively around the shaft center A with respect to the supporting part 22, and movably in the upward and downward directions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
