Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a heavy cargo loading device, capable of positioning and lifting it accurately and speedily by means of simple constitution.
CONSTITUTION: A hanger 5 of a trolley conveyor 2 is equipped with a support arm 7, a reference pin for positioning a car body 1 and a locating pin 10 engaging with the side of a lifter 4, respectively. A table frame is slidable on a top plate of the lifter 4, and a side base being slidable in the orthogonal direction makes a connecting pin engaging with a pallet 17 and an expansible long-stroke cylinder 26 upright, besides providing a nut runner liftably. In addition, a hole with a taper part is formed on the upper end of a rod of this cylinder 26, forming an engaging member being engageable with the locating pin 10.
