Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make thin a bed and to prevent carbonization and adhesion of wax by covering the bed that is made of a thermal structure compound material with a thermal decomposition carbon or a pyrocarbon layer on the surface of a workpiece.
CONSTITUTION: A loading device 10 consists of a plurality of beds 12a, 12b, 12c... that are separated into different levels by a spacer 16. The beds are formed by a compound material that is made of a carbon fiber-reinforced material that is compressed by a carbon matrix or a carbon fiber that is compressed by ceramic, or a ceramic fiber-reinforced material. Then, at least one surface of a surface in contact with the workpiece is covered with a thermal decomposition carbon or a pyrocarbon by the chemical vapor deposition method, thus eliminating the fragility of the beds and preventing carbonization phenomenon and adhesion of wax.
