CONSTITUTION: When a worker pulls a handle 29 toward this side, lateral beams 6 are moved toward this side on rails 5. In this case, intermediate links 15 and end links 14 at the furthest side are rotated clockwise and counter-clockwise by the same angle in a chain reaction, and individual lateral beams 6 are on rails 5 so that the distance between the lateral beams is expanded while they are kept at the same distance from each other. When the worker pushes the handle 29 forward to move the nearest lateral beam 6 in parallel, individual beams 6 are moved so that the distance between them is decreased while they are kept at the same distance.
