A vertical conveyor 6 is provided at a plurality of places on a work floor 4 provided on the ground through a rack 8 for conveyor, and a single hopper 10 is arranged through a rack 12 for hopper in such a manner that it can travel. The rack 12 for hopper is provided with four front, rear, right, and left legs 1202, and four legs 1202 are arranged in such a manner that a dump truck 13 can pass through their inside and can pass through the inside of legs 802 of the rack 8 for conveyor. A rail 32 is provided substantially in linear condition over a lower part of a soil discharge part 20 of each vertical conveyor 6, and the hopper 10 can travel over a lower part of the soil discharge part 20 of three vertical conveyors 6 through the rack 12 for hopper by rolling a wheel 34 at a lower end of each leg 1202 on the rail 32.
