PURPOSE: To remove flaw on a processed surface due to the burr by detecting the surface processed face of a steel plate and the back having burrs with a sensor and turning over the surface processed steel plate with a turn over device so that the fellow surface processed steel plates may face each other and the fellow backs may face each other.

CONSTITUTION: Surface processed steel plate 1 which is finished as regards processing is sent to the position of a surface processed face detection sensor 7 by a transfer belt 6 and if the surface processed face faces upward, the steel plate 1 is transferred to a transfer belt 9 without being turned over by a turn over device 8 and loaded onto a loading plate 5 by a loading device 10. Next the steel plate 1 is detected by a sensor 7 and if the surface processed face of the loaded steel plate faces upward, it is turned over by a turn over device 8 before loading since it is memorized that the surface processed face of the loaded steel plate is facing upward by a control device 11. Accordingly each loaded steel plate comes to that the fellow surface processed face fronts each other and the fellow fronts each other and is prevented from being flawed on its surface processed face due to the burrs, etc. on the back.
