SOLUTION: A local air conditioner is provided with a first air outlet port, provided on a wall, a second air outlet port, provided on the wall at the upper part of the first air outlet port, a first air suction port, provided on a floor in contact with the wall, a second air suction port, provided on the floor at the opposite side of the first air suction port, an air-conditioning air supplying means, communicated with the first air outlet port, and an air supplying means, communicated with the second air outlet port.
