PURPOSE: To easily cope with increase/reduction of the number of printers by referring to a printer control information file and a program storage part by output printer information to discriminate a pertinent printer.

CONSTITUTION: An output printer discriminating means 2 refers to a terminal- classified printer information register means 4 and a printer name register means 5 by output printer information inputted by an input means 8 to discriminate the printer of a pertinent terminal as the output printer. Thus, contents of the terminal-classified printer information register means 4 and the printer name register means 5 are only partially changed to easily cope with increase or reduction of the number of printers without changing a program itself though the number of printers in the system constitution is increased or reduced.
