PURPOSE: To provide a pallet formation system for small parts mounting machine which can distribute parts for use according to orders by forming an order response designated range at a parts specification master table.

CONSTITUTION: In a pallet formation system, an order response designated range T11 and an order response designated range reference means 20 are formed, and parts which are used for designated orders are calculated from an order control table T2 and a parts required quantity table T3. Besides, the contents in the order response designated range T11 are referred by the order response designated range reference means 20 to read whether or not the part is an order response designated part. When it is an order response designated part, the reel which is designated by the order is searched for among the reel control table T4 to be distributed, and when it is not an order response designated part, reels whose parts, remaining quantity is small are first distributed from the reel control table T4.
