The location information measuring terminal device notifies a radio tag to a location information conversion device via a mobile communication network to collect its location information (radio tag ID reading / transmitting unit 121 and location information receiving unit 122), and collects collectively at that time an ID and location information of the radio tag buried within a range of a predetermined distance to accumulate in an accumulator 13 (location information accumulation control unit 123).
