Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock apparatus for a bucket cylinder, which can very stably hold a second link member forming a link mechanism when a front attachment, such as a clamshell bucket disconnected from a bucket cylinder and the link mechanism, is linked to an arm, and protects a fixing member of the second link member from being damaged or deformed due to application of pressure into the bucket cylinder when the link mechanism is fixed.
SOLUTION: When the clamshell bucket 30 or the like which is disconnected from the link mechanism 12 is mounted on the arm 11, the second link member 19 of the link mechanism 12 connected to the bucket cylinder 16 is attached to a link fixing bracket 41 fixed to a screw seat 40 formed in the arm 11 by means of screws 44. To prevent useless motion of the bucket cylinder 16, the lock apparatus is comprised of a solenoid selector valve 66 for inhibiting a control valve 62 from changing over, and an on-off valve 70 for preventing a rod of the bucket cylinder 16 from extending via a high-pressure pipe 69 of the control valve 62.
