Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent coins from unduly being extracted by way of a coin charging port and a returning port or a device from being destroyed.
SOLUTION: This device is provided with a substrate 1 equipped with a lock 2 and a latch 4, a coin charging port 8 on the front and a coin passage 6f communicated with a coin returning port 9, and is composed of a coin passage case 6, which makes its rear edge part pivotally supported in the substrate 1 and rotates in both ways, a interlocking connecting system 11 for the latch 4 and the coin passage case and a coin checker 13, which is pivotally supported in a supporting plate 12 for freely rotating back and forth and makes its leading part inserted in an opening part 15 in mid-way of the coin passage case 6. On the front side of the coin passage case 6 are formed a coin charging port 24 of a fitting case 21 and a shield plate 10 of a coin returning port 25 and at the head of the coin checker 13 is provided with each of a restraining recessing part for an opening edge and a coin detection piece so that the opening edge and the restraining recessing part energize rotational force in the direction of restraining.
