To provide a lock device capable of being easily assembled to an existing lever handle disposed to a door, locking a swing operation of the lever handle, and easily releasing the lock state when making the lever handle usable.
The lock device comprises: a lever handle 13 for which a lever shaft 21 is freely rotatably and vertically projected from a door surface 19 and a lever handle part 29 vertical to the lever shaft 21 is rotated to unlock a door 23; a regulation member 15 whose member distal end part 33 at least is arranged closely to the lever handle part 29 in a rotating direction of the lever handle part 29 to block the rotation of the lever handle part 29; and a regulation member support 17 which is provided with a support shaft 35 positioned in a direction vertical to the lever shaft 21 between the door 23 and the lever handle part 29, is fixed to the door 23, and freely rotatably supports a member proximal end part 43 of the regulation member 15 by the support shaft 35.
