To eliminate the need for a vending machine of a specialized card, obviate members' trouble of carrying two kinds of cards including specialized cards and member cards by making standard cards usable, and eliminate the need for an electrical or electronic mechanism that is apt to be complex and costly by meeting these requirements only by a mechanical internal structure of a locker lock.

The locker lock is comprised of a standard card 3 and a latch key lock. A mechanical lock structure where by inserting a standard card 3, the key of the latch key lock can be turned, is provided. A mechanical lock structure equipped with a mechanism that stops the rotation of the key of the latch key lock and disables locking if a standard card 3 is not inserted and one that releases the mechanism of stopping the rotation of a key and allows locking if a standard card 3 is inserted, is provided.
