Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make lock cancellation operation of a main slide device smoothly, and to compound the lock cancellation mechanism simple at conversion to forward and backward direction of the seat for a vehicle which possessed a seat slide device.
SOLUTION: By a cam conversion with a combination action of first link 44 and second link 45, the operational ability from a handle 40 for operation lets an actuation edge 457 of the second link 45 move linearly up and down, and depress an actuation arm 35 of runner 31 downward, do engaging cancellation of a latch presser foot stitch tongue 34 of a main slide lock latch 33 from a lock hole 30a in a fixed rail 30 smoothly. Furthermore by making the actuation arm 35 with forward and backward symmetric shape on the basis of the main slide lock latch 33, lock cancellation operation is done smoothly irrespective of the direction of second seat 12.
