Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve lock performance by providing two or more friction engaging parts or the like which support one end part of a side rope in a fold state to inhibit its movement, in the case of a lock mechanism connecting both end parts of the side rope mutually tightening two or more tire slip stopper members. CONSTITUTION:A lock mechanism 16 is applied to a side rope 12 mounted to two or more tire slip stopper members arranged in the periphery of a tire. Here the lock mechanism 16 secures a stopper 32 to the intermediate part of an oval-shaped main unit metal fixture 30 while respectively provides a lever part 36 to be arranged in a side forming an opening 34 bordering the stopper 32 further a hook part 38 to be arranged in an opposite side. While the main unit metal fixture 30 is externally fit two equally shaped moving metal fixtures 40, 42 serving as the friction engaging part. The side rope 12 hooks its one end part to the hook part 38 through a hook 41. While the other end part of the side rope 2 is successively wound on each moving metal fixture 40, 42, when they are adapted to the stopper 32, the side rope is locked.
