Abstract:
An apparatus, which is connected to a bicycle, includes a case (20) having a chamber (22), a main device (10) received in the chamber (22) of the case (20), a locking member (40) connected to the main device (10), a lid (30) connected to the case (20) to seal the chamber (22), wherein the lid (30) has a bore (34) and the bore (34) is received in the chamber (22) of the case (20), and a transceiver received in the chamber (22) of the case (20) and electrically connected to the locking member (40), wherein the transceiver receives a signal to control the locking member (40) accordingly. The apparatus can be opened by the outside signal transmitted to the transceiver only.
