Abstract:
To eliminate a large-scale fee adjustment device (a management device installed at an entrance/exit of a parking lot), and enable a user to receive services related to unlocking/locking of a vehicle during temporary storage etc., simply via a mobile terminal such as a smartphone possessed by a user.SOLUTION: The lock system comprises: a parking device 1, an island management device 3 that manages a plurality of parking devices 1 in a bundle; a smartphone 4 possessed by the user; and a Web service 5 as the fee adjustment device. The island management device 3 includes LTE-M(R) 30 as a communication unit, which allows the device to be connected to the Web service 5 in the cloud via a closed-area Ethernet network of the Internet N. When the smartphone 4 sends an unloading request to the Web service 5, the Web service carries out user verification in a user verification unit 50, charges a user's billing account, and outputs a command to an unlocking unit 31 of the island management device 3 to unlock a parking rack 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
