To provide a shackle lock capable of preventing a theft of a high capacity electric lamp and a storage battery, while being easily removable from an electric lamp installing place such as a handle of a bicycle without a tool.

This lock has a light emitting element 26a in a front end part, and rockably supports one end 5a of a substantially U-shaped bar body 8a by a bar body 1a of inserting the storage battery 17a inside. A lock body 12a of a cylinder lock is pressed in a rear end part of a cover body 2a. A threadedly engaging part 18a of the cover body 2a is electrically connected by being threadedly engaged with a threadedly engaging part 18a of a rear end part of the bar body 1a. The bar body 1a and the cover body 2a can not substantially relatively rotate and becomes indivisible by inserting the other end 7a of the substantially U-shaped bar body 8a into a hole 13a arranged in the cover body 2a. The other end 7a of the substantially U-shaped bar body 8a is locked on the lock body 12a by engaging a locking piece 45a integrally molded with an inner cylinder 23a of the lock body 12a, with a locking shape 6a of the other end 7a of the substantially U-shaped bar body 8a.
