Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a split mold to which a shock can be given in order to allow the kneaded flour to distribute to all of the corners in the mold cavity.
SOLUTION: In a split mold in which a pair of the upper and lower mold Ma, Mb that are openably hinged and have the mold cavities between the fitting faces, a part to be connected is provided on the one mold, while the locking part is movably supported in the direction to be unconnected. The latching part is automatically movably supported on the position that inhibiting. The disengagement from the connection to the connected part of the locked part and to the position that permits the disengagement from the connection to the connected part of the locking part, while the closed split mold is kept in the vertically normal state.
