PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locked and unlocked state monitoring device for a house locking device that does not incorrectly distinguish between a locked state and an unlocked state and can be easily installed, and a monitoring system that can collectively monitor all the locking devices in the house.SOLUTION: A locked and unlocked state monitoring device is installed on a locking device that performs locking and unlocking through rotation of an operation lever (crescent lock), and determines a locked and unlocked state with an inclination switch from a rotational angle (inclination) of the operation lever.
