CONSTITUTION: Whether article exists or not in a locker is sensed with a sensor section 3 comprising a plurality of sensors and the results are stored into a memory section 1 together with a signal of the locker. An image chart of the results is stored into a memory section 2 and controlled with a control section 6. Then, a video signal converting section 4 is provided to convert the image chart indicating the use of the locker into a video signal and the video signal obtained is converted into a signal of UHF band with an RF signal converting section 5 The signal of the UHF band is mixed with a signal 15 from an antenna of a TV at a mixing section 7. Then, a TV signal 16 is distributed to individual dwellings with a distribution section 8. A calculating section 10 obtains the results of sensing of the plurality of sensors at the sensor section 3 to calculate an ORing.
