PURPOSE: To prevent loss and facilitate removal by setting a value lower than the outer diameter of a shaft section to the outer diameter of the stopper edge of a locking pin so that a hollow cylindrical section of a removing tool can externally fit to the stopper edge and small diameter sections.

CONSTITUTION: A locking pin 80 for connecting first and second plate-like components has a head 82 and shaft 84 to connect the first and second plate-like components by locking the head 82 to the opening edge of the first plate-like component and inserting the shaft 84 into the hole of the second plate-like component at the receiving element of the second plate-like component. The shaft 84 of this locking pin 80 is provided with a conical range 88 expanding above the head 82, a radial direction small diameter section 90 and a stopper face 91 continuously. At this moment, the outer diameter of a stopper edge 92 is made at a value allowing the hollow cylindrical section 116 of a removing tool 110 can externally fit to the shafts 84 and 86 through the stopper edge 92 and the small diameter sections 88 and 90.
