Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perfectly prevent an extremely sharp shape from remaining when a cutting is machined while allowing for the wide deformation of a rib in the longitudinal direction and a groove in the longitudinal direction.
CONSTITUTION: A guide section 21 is provided on the rear surface of a key shaft part 18, a physical rib in the longitudinal direction entering a groove being related to a lock hole 16 of a lock cylinder is arranged on a wide side surface, and a cutting 41 is provided at a narrow end 40 of the key shaft part in its crosswise direction. Its depth is a unit or multiples of a jump interval (x) of a core pin 15 of the lock cylinder. Lower rib side surfaces U and U' are arranged at a mutual distance equivalent to a unit or multiples of the jump interval. Also, a part where the cutting is deepest is located at a lower rib side surface, the lower rib side surface is extended in a tangential direction outward toward a projecting curved end face, and the curved end face is connected to upper rib side surfaces O and O' in the tangential direction.
