PURPOSE: To surely prevent a claw metal from accidentally falling off from an engagingly stopping hole because of vibration and the like by engaging a sliding shaft body in a main body part so as to stop its rotation and preventing the rotation of the claw metal in a locking condition in which the claw metal is engaged in the engaging stopping hole.

CONSTITUTION: When a claw metal 34 is rotated so as to be attached/removed to/from an engagingly stopping hole in a distribution box, a lid 36 is opened so that the tip of the handle is engaged in a recessed part 41 of a sliding shaft body 43 through a keyhole 37, and the sliding shaft body 43 is pressed on a rotary shaft 50 side against the force of a spring 52, and as a result, engagement between an outer circumference cross part of the recessed part 41 in the sliding body 43 and a pin 51 is released, and the rotary shaft 50 is rotated via the sliding body 43 by means of the handle, so that the claw metal 34 is rotated so as to be engaged/released with/from the engagingly stopping hole. Then, the sliding shaft 43 is pushed by means of the spring 52, and the outer circumference cross part of the recessed part 41 in the sliding shaft body 43 is engaged with the pin 51, so that the rotation shaft 50 is prevented from freely rotating, and as a result, the claw metal 34 is prevented from accidentally falling off from the engagingly stopping hole. Therefore, in the rotary shaft 50, the recessed part 44 is engaged with a rectangular cylinder part, 42, and the claw metal 34 does not fall off from the engagingly stopping hole.
