To provide a locking device of a shutter enabling normal unlocking operation to be performed easily though it takes much labor and a long time for picking.
A plurality of lock bodies 7 are fitted to a seat plate 4 at the bottom end of a shutter curtain 3 opening and closing the opening part of a building, a plurality of lock receivers 8 are fitted to the lower frame of the opening correspondingly to the lock bodies 7, and the lock bodies 7 are locked to the lock receivers 8 allowed to automatically correspond to the lock bodies according to the lowering of the shutter curtain 3. The plurality of lock bodies 7 are associated with one unlocking operation lever 12 installed at the indoor side portion of the seat plate 4, and simultaneously unlocked by the unlocking operation lever 12.
