To provide a locking device that improves installation workability.SOLUTION: A locking device comprises a handle that rotates around a shaft, an upper pedestal that has a support base for supporting the handle and extends in a first direction, an attachment screw that extends to one side in an axial direction, a lower pedestal in which an insertion hole through which the attachment screw is inserted in the axial direction is disposed, and a plate that adjusts the axial dimension between an engaging part and the lower pedestal when it is disposed between the upper pedestal and the lower pedestal in the axial direction. The plate has an elongated receiving part that is arranged on one side in a second direction with respect to the insertion hole and extends in the first direction, a central receiving part that extends from the elongated receiving part to the other side in the second direction and overlaps with the support base in the axial direction, an end receiving part that extends from the elongated receiving part to the other side in the second direction at a position that is outside the insertion hole in the first direction, and a guide receiving part that is disposed in the central receiving part via grooves extending in the second direction and extends from the elongated receiving part to the other side in the second direction. The lower pedestal has a projection part that positions the plate in the first direction when the projection part projects to the other side in the axial direction and is inserted into the groove.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
