To provide a locking member which has a simple structure and prevents a stored item from turning without concealing a trademark or a design of the stored item in a transparent packaging container or a packaging container with a window.

The locking member comprises a standing face 14, a slant face 13a, 13b and a bottom face 12, wherein the standing face 14 and slant faces 13a, 13b are one pair or two pairs opposing across the bottom face 12, and each pair of the standing face 14 and the slant faces 13a, 13b are divided with a mountain shape folding part 18 composed of one line, and the slant faces 13a, 13b and the bottom face 12 are connected with a valley shape folding part 19a, 19b provided parallel to the mountain shape folding part 18 at two places, both ends, and the center part is cut with the valley shape folding parts 19a, 19b and a cutting line 17 connecting two portions with which the periphery of the stored item is in contact and locating at the standing face 14 side from the periphery of the stored item, and the inside of the cutting line 17 formed on the slant faces 13a, 13b by folding the mountain shape folding part 18 and the valley shape folding parts 19a, 19b each is contact with the periphery of the stored item.
