PURPOSE: To enable locking and releasing control of a plurality of opening and closing bodies by providing a moving member locking and releasing the second opening and closing body to the second actuator and being unavailable or effective ON signal output of a releasing control means with the movement of the moving member.

CONSTITUTION: A trunk lock 2, a first actuator 9 and the like are provided on a first opening and closing body or a trunk lid 1. A moving member 31 capable of moving to a cancel position and a releasing position by the second actuator 16 is provided on the first opening and closing body or a seat-back 15. A cancel control means 13 of a panel makes an ON operation, moving the member 31 in the cancel direction, and the opening and closing body 15 is locked. The ON operation of a releasing control means 12 of the actuator 9 cannot be done by a cancel detection switch 33, and prevent the opening and closing body 1 from opening. Accordingly, the locking and releasing of a plurality of opening and closing bodies can be controlled.
