To make it hard to release the locking state of an opening and closing body from the outside of a vehicle and easy to release it from the inside of the vehicle by a simple constitution.
It is possible to lock window glass 10 (opening and closing body) in a closed state as a rib 12C (engaging means) of an opening and closing lever 12 and a click part 14C (engaging part) of a link 14 are engaged with each other. An engaging flap of the rib 12C and the click part 14C is properly secured, and its locking state is not released even if the window glass 10 is pushed from the outside. It is possible to easily release the locking state from the inside while sufficiently securing the engaging flap of the rib 12C and the click part 14C as engagement with the click part 14C can be released by elastically oscillating the rib 12C by operation of a first operation part 12A provided on the opening and closing lever 12. The constitution is simple as it is provided with the first operation part 12A to oscillate the rib 12C on the opening and closing lever 12.
