To provide a lockout relay in which an electric equipment which constitutes a plant is separated from an electric circuit by being forcibly actuated from the outside in the case either of an operating coil part or an action spring part is damaged.
In the lockout relay in which the operating coil is magnetized and thereby an armature is attracted and it becomes in an acting state and the armature in this acting state is made to be caught mechanically by a catching part, one end of it is arranged on the front board side of the lockout relay as a knob part, the other end is made the armature operating end, and a drive rod for compulsive action arranged at the armature is installed along the lockout relay. Then, by operating the knob part, the armature is compulsorily moved up to the action position, and mechanical state of catching by the catch part is released.
