Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a logarithmic graph by easily understandably plotting a logarithmic scale.
SOLUTION: When plotting the logarithmic axis according to plotting position data on the respective logarithmic graduation axes calculated on an optional display setting range as indicated in Fig.(A), when there exists the contradictory axis L in the logarithmic scale larger in a width between the upper side logarithmic axis than a width between the lower side logarithmic axis by influence of plotting resolution as indicated by a range (x), a plotting position of the axis L is moved and corrected by one display dot to the upper side as indicated by an arrow R of Fig.(B), and thus, can be displayed as the axis of apparently correct logarithmic scale. Thus, when displaying the logarithmic graph by plotting and displaying the axis of the logarithmic scale, the logarithmic scale is uncontradictorily plotted, and logarithmic graph data having no sense of incompatibility can be displayed.
