When a body 1 is rotated in the direction of an arrow mark (a) around a main shaft 2 along with the main shaft 2 by the operation of a hydraulic cylinder 5, the contact position of a belt 4 with a wheel 31 of a driven shaft 3 changes in association with the oscillation of the body 1 in the direction of the arrow mark (a). The wheel 31 of the driven shaft 3 is therefore rotated in the direction of an arrow mark, and a hanger 32 is rotated in the direction of an arrow mark (c) around the driven shaft 3 by the rotation of the wheel 31 in the direction of the arrow mark (b). Both end positions A, B of a long-sized body 34 move into positions A1, B1.
