PURPOSE: To reduce a mounting space so that position adjusting work can be executed at an easy attitude by coaxially arranging a reel of winding a long size material with a peripheral part of a rotary head, and supplying the long size material, drawn out from the reel, to a die through feed rollers.

CONSTITUTION: A reel 8 is mounted to a peripheral part of a rotary head 5 through a bearing 19, and a long size material 3 drawn out from the reel 8 is linked between feed rollers 7a, 7b and supplied to a die 6 via a guide 9a. When the feed rollers 7a, 7b are driven while driving the rotary head 5, a flexible tube 1 in which the long size material 3 is wound on the periphery of a liner tube 2 similarly as in the past is continuously manufactured. In this long size material winding machine, since the reel 8 is mounted on the peripheral part of the rotary head 5, machine length L' is decreased shorter as compared with that in the past, and position adjustment of each part of the rotary head 5 can be executed from a front surface of the rotary head 5.
