Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strongly and surely hold even a margin part of a starting end of a packaging material having uneveness and perforations in an apparatus for longitudinally-packaging a roll-shaped article.
SOLUTION: A holding apparatus 7 for holding a margin part 2b of a packaging material 2 projecting from each end face of a roll is formed on the outer side of the end face of the chucked roll, a moving apparatus 8 to move the holding apparatus 7 to the inner circumferential side from a part in the vicinity of the outer circumference of the roll is formed, and the holding apparatus 7 and a chucking device 1 are integratedly rotated with each other at the moved position to the inner circumferential side.
