To lubricate rotary elements of a hydraulic pressure transmitting module in a simple structure.
This loop flushing circuit includes a three-position/three-port pilot pressure actuating loop flushing valve 40 having an output port 46 for connecting the loop flushing valve 40 to an opening part in an opening casing via a first inlet port 42 connected to pressure lines, 18, 20 of a first system, a second inlet port 44 connected to a pressure line of a second system and a drain line having drain orifices 48, 62, 64 on the inside. A loop flushing line 50 connected to the drain line on the upstream side of the drain orifices extends inside a casing 12, and is almost adjacent to rotary elements in a pump or a motor, and has an opening end part turning to these elements. The three- position valve has an intermediate position. System pressure from at least one of the pressure lines of the first/second systems is always sent to the loop flushing valve regardless of a position of the valve.
